Cancellation Policy: ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 CANCELLATION CHARGE. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made thirty (30) days or less prior to Departure Date. If the cancellation is made two full business days or less of the Departure Date, the Renter is responsible for the entire amount of the Rental.
Insurance: We carry a commercial insurance binder on our rentals. Motor Homes must be insured by either your personal insurance or purchased through our insurance provider. Purchased insurance DOES NOT cover damage to the roof, glass (breakage, stone chips, windshield), tire damage, or damage to the Rental Vehicle as the result of tire failure or clearance. Travel Trailer rentals require that your insurance company e-mails us proof of active insurance on your personal vehicle.
Towing Requirements: For a rental of a Trailer your tow vehicle must be equipped with an electric brake control. We will supply you with a weight distribution hitch, which will make towing the trailer easier.
Cleaning: We will send the rentals out clean inside and out, full of propane,and fresh water, holding tanks will be empty, and the refrigerator will be cold. We ask that upon return of the rental it is clean on the inside. We charge a $85.00 fee that includes refilling the propane tanks, dumping the holding tanks, sanitizing the interior (prior to rental), and cleaning the exterior.
Kitchen and Linens: The RV Rental will be empty of any kitchen or linen items. Linens and Kitchen Kits (as well as other items) are available for rent (See Rental Extras for more information)
Damage Deposits: A $1000.00-$1500.00 refundable damage deposit is required on every RV to cover a portion of the insurance deductible. Damage Deposits will be postmarked within ten (10) business days as long as no damage has occurred and the RV is returned clean on the inside. Damage Deposits are collected in Cash, or Credit Card.
Awning Use: The Awning will be locked up, if you choose to use it there will be an additional charge of $50.00
Pets: A Pet fee and deposit is required if you plan to bring your family pet. $75 per pet plus $250 damage deposit (refundable).
Orientation: When you arrive to pick up the RV we will show you the proper use of the RV's features as well as perform a pre-existing damage inspection. Upon return we will again perform a damage inspection.
Reservation Deposit: To reserve a RV for your up coming trip we will need to collect $200.00 to $400.00 reservation deposit, which will go toward your rental. If you cancel there is a $50.00 cancellation fee. The reservation deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel with in 30 days of rental departure. If you cancel with in 2 working days of your departure you are still responsible for the entire rental amount. This can be collected with Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
Processing of your Reservation Deposit confirms your rental. After receiving the Reservation Deposit we will send you the paperwork with the details of your rental.
LATE PENALTY: Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per hour up to two (2) hours if returned after the indicated return time and date. Thereafter equal to two (2) times the full daily rate plus tax and any fees
You will be in violation of A.R.S 13-1806A if the Rental Vehicle is not returned within 72 hours of the date and time the Rental Vehicle is due back. If you fail to return the Rental Vehicle within 72 hours of the date and time due in, you will be subject to imprisonment of up to 18 months and a fine of up to $150,000.00.
